JCT600 VLS is entering an exciting phase of its development. The UK fleet industry and market is undergoing a phenomenal radical change that will mean that the traditional routes to market and methods of providing employees with vehicles will be swept away.

Changes in benefit in kind taxation, the focus on carbon and NOx emissions testing, city clean air zones, vehicle electrification together with the rapid digitisation of many consumables and services will mean the way corporate entities source, fund and manage transport for employees will turn the current market on its head.

Account Managers (N332/18)

  1. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals with industry experience of successfully managing corporate and SME sole supply or multi supply fleet customers.

  1. What will you be doing on a daily basis?

You will be responsible for developing management plans to cover all aspects of the customers fleet requirements including car policies, contractual obligations, reports, communication and regular reviews. You will be able to manage customer fleet renewals and new orders to meet the business growth targets for contract hire and other fleet products.

You will also be responsible for increasing the JCT600 share of business with multi supply customers and for expanding the use of our additional products and services such as fuel cards, licence checking and grey fleet management.

  1. What experience do I need?

A comprehensive understanding of the car leasing industry and in managing corporate and SME accounts. Ability to manage personal workload and time effectively, adhere to strict timescales and have excellent process and administrative skills. You will need to be self-motivated and professional, confident, strategic thinker who can persuasively communicate with customers and colleagues alike.

JCT600 VLS uses many internal and external courses from industry organisation like the BVRLA to help broaden your industry knowledge and personal skills. We will actively encourage you to take full advantage of these.

Candidates must have relevant and meaningful experience in this or a similar role in the fleet industry plus a valid driving licence.

Business Development Managers

  1. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals with industry experience of successfully winning new corporate fleet customers in the UK Contract Hire and Fleet Service market. You will sell the full suite of JCT600 VLS products and services and look to secure fully outsourced and sole supply contracts.

  1. What will you be doing on a daily basis?

Your role will involve identifying, meeting and persuading both corporate and SME companies into becoming long term JCT600 VLS customers. You will market the full suite of JCT600 VLS products and services and look to secure fully outsourced and sole supply fleet contracts. You will also ensure the smooth implementation and transfer to our Account Management team once the contract has been agreed.

  1. What Experience/Qualities do I need?

You should be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our industry and experience in winning corporate and SME customers. You must be confident, results driven person who can demonstrate that you can successfully identify opportunities and convert them into long term customers. You must have excellent sales, communication, negotiation and presentation skills but above all the drive, attitude and determination to be successful.

Brand Marketing Executive (N0062/18)

  1. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Executive reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and responsible for all marketing, advertising and communication material for JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions, the vehicle leasing division of the JCT600 group.

  1.     What will you be doing on a daily basis?

Your role is to actively support our corporate teams to meet their sales objectives.  We operate like an internal agency with the support of our extended agency partners; our colleagues are our customers.  Our team ambition is to deliver successful, compliant and timely marketing campaigns, resulting in continued brand awareness and quality leads.

This role is specifically responsible for our corporate business partners, fleet departments, Vehicle Leasing Solutions and recruitment.

  1.     What experience do you need?

It is essential that you have marketing and advertising experience with a significant online bias in order that you can manage activity in partnership with our agency teams from conception to delivery.  Strong copy-writing is a must.  Given the brands this role will be supporting, experience of fleet and leasing and/or B2B marketing would be an advantage.

  1.     What training will you receive?

We will ensure that throughout your career you will enhance your skills through continuous internal and online training programmes.

  1.     What qualifications do you need?

Ideally you will be degree qualified or equivalent, but it is not essential.  It is essential that you have a valid driving license which is free from excessive penalties as you may be required to attend meetings at alternative locations from time to time.
