An ultra-low-emission vehicle (ULEV) is a tax efficient motor vehicle that emits extremely low levels of harmful emissions compared to other vehicles. The Government is very keen to see an increased take up of these vehicles and offering grants on them through its Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV)
