Broker Manager Application

We are looking to recruit a confident, performance driven, experienced individual capable of delivering sales growth by establishing and managing our new Finance Broker division to provide car finance to both the business and retail markets. The successful individual will take on full leadership and management responsibility for this division including the achievement of the order, delivery and profit targets as set by the company.

Other responsibilities will include securing appropriate funding and manufacturer support, developing the web based customer quotation portal as well as establishing the necessary administrative support processes and practices, marketing strategy, FCA and BVRLA accreditations.
Ongoing you will be responsible for growing the Broker business in line with company expectations and requirements. Additional duties may include the recruitment, training, coaching and mentoring a team as appropriate as the business grows; timely and consistent reporting on business performance; maintaining clear and effective communication with other departments and the wider group as well as ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. We would expect you to have a minimum of 5 years industry experience; a demonstrable record of success achieved in the broker or similar market; the ability to think strategically, to effectively communicate ideas, lead change and to implement a comprehensive, successful broker strategy.

Maintenance Controller Application

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Controller to join our busy Maintenance department at JCT600 VLS Ltd. You will be responsible for controlling service, maintenance and repair expenditure on our fleet of over 7000 contract hire vehicles. You will be required to:

  • Use the 1 Link system to authorise all types of work requests from routine servicing to engine replacements.
  • Save on costs whilst ensuring vehicles are safe and legal.
  • Take ownership of issues when a vehicle is “off the road” awaiting repair.
  • You will be comfortable communicating with both our customer fleet contacts and their drivers.
  • Work well in a small team.

Previous experience in a similar role is a pre-requisite. Ideally you will be a time served Motor Engineer with City & Guilds Certificate or NVQ equivalent. It is essential that you are highly numerate, literate and articulate, with a calm, methodical and organised approach to working methods with the ability to identify problems when they arise and find commercially viable solutions.

An assertive and pro-active team-player with a highly professional outlook and manner and strong communication and telephony skills, you must be organised and able to plan and prioritise your workload effectively, working to strict deadlines at all times.

Part Time – Fleet Administrator Application

We are looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator to join our busy Customer Service department at JCT600 VLS Ltd. You will be responsible for the day to day control of all aspects of the administration department, to include Road Fund Licence renewal, processing Penalty Charge Notices, Foreign Travel documentation, Cherished Number Plate Transfers, Manufacturer Recall programmes, V5 Registration documentation and MOT’s, along with dealing with invoice queries.

You will ensure that all paperwork and documentation is processed speedily, efficiently and accurately with good attention to detail. A minimum of 2 years previous experience in administration is essential. You must be able to accurately and competently input data, continually reviewing the quality of customer data.

It is essential that you are highly numerate, literate and articulate, with a calm, methodical and organised approach to working methods with the ability to identify problems when they arise and find commercially viable solutions.
